After graduating with First Class Honours in Laws in 2017, Brede spent four years as a Litigation Lawyer, appearing across a broad range of jurisdictions from VCAT to the Supreme Court of Victoria. That experience sharpened his ability to think critically, communicate with precision, and advocate with confidence — skills that translate directly into the way he partners with clients and candidates today.
In July 2022, Brede joined Sharp & Carter and has since built a strong reputation as a trusted recruiter within the FMCG sector. Operating on a national level across Sharp & Carter's six offices, he has developed deep expertise in partnering with a broad range of businesses — providing genuine value at every stage of the recruitment process and placing high-calibre professionals into mid to senior sales roles.
