Caroline began her IT Recruitment journey in in Wellington, focusing on the contracting space across Banking and Government. Since moving to Melbourne, Caroline specialises in providing recruitment solutions in the Technology, Projects and Digital space. She always looks to build long term relationships and add value to candidates and clients. Her goal is to continue to give back through the service and follow-up she provides.
Outside of work and family life you’ll find Caroline on an Outrigger Canoe on the Maribyrnong or out on the Bay, as she competes in Outrigger Canoeing at a National and International level. Originally from Fiji, Caroline is also passionate about Rugby Union.
