Our client are a growing national business in the FMCG and workplace services sector who are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Demand Planning Manager. This is a newly created position, designed to support the business through a period of significant expansion into new markets and product categories. With limited legacy systems or processes to inherit, this role offers a genuine opportunity to build a modern, fit-for-purpose demand planning approach from to support the continued growth of the organisation. You'll join a business which operates in a tight knit environment, leading a capable and tenured team while building robust forecasting processes that will underpin the next stage of business growth. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage the end-to-end demand planning process. Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using internal data and market trends. Lead a small team of across VIC and NSW. Improve and digitise current Excel-based models using ERP (NetSuite). Collaborate closely with stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, and finance. Monitor and report on KPIs including forecast accuracy and inventory performance. Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems. Identify supply risks and work proactively to mitigate them. About You You're an experienced demand or supply planning professional with a track record of working in dynamic, fast-moving environments. You're proactive, commercially aware, and eager to take ownership of a critical function within a growing business. You will bring: 5+ years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations. Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and high proficiency in Excel. Experience leading or mentoring small teams. Background in FMCG or similarly fast-paced sectors preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Confidence working cross-functionally and managing key internal stakeholders. A hands-on, adaptable approach with a focus on delivery and improvement. What you'll get in return You'll receive a competitive salary of $120,000 to $130,000 plus super in a full-time, permanent role based 5 days per week on-site in Kensington.
