Dale has over 13 years of recruitment and executive search experience across the Operations & Supply Chain and Engineering & Technical markets in Melbourne and Victoria. He holds a Bachelor of Science and began his career as an industrial chemist for a global chemical manufacturing business before transitioning into the recruitment sector.
Dale is known for his personal and caring style of work, and prioritizing customer experience whilst supporting their career transitions and hiring decisions.
He is currently juggling the demands of a new business, part-time study for an MBA, and being a dad to his daughter Perrie with partner Eleesa. When time permits, he likes to explore the golf courses and wineries on the Mornington Peninsula.
