Finance Controller - FMCG Related Business Lead Financial Control, whilst managing an established team and drive performance. Our client, a growing and successful FMCG related business is seeking a Finance Controller to take ownership of all financial control, governance, and performance for a fast-paced multisite business. This role is central to ensuring financial integrity while delivering commercial insight and supporting sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the financial reporting, ensuring internal controls, risk, and balance sheet integrity. Responsibility for all budgeting & forecasting & cash flow analysis. Oversee day-to-day finance operations and the team including AP, AR, payroll. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and point of contact with the auditors. Partner with senior leadership and the Group CFO to support strategy, & commercial decision making. Drive continuous improvement in processes, & systems. Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team. About You Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA), preferably from a FMCG related environment Strong background in financial control, and operational finance. Ideally prior people management experience, able to lead and develop your team. Confident communicator and trusted business partner.
