Our Client:    Our client is an ASX listed consumer product based organisation with a mandate for growth as they navigate through increased demand and international opportunities.    About the Role: Leading a small finance team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement and operational performance by challenging the status quo and identifying and executing on opportunities for greater efficiency of financial compliance activities and quality of management information.  Critically, you will embrace technology and a continuous improvement mindset to drive the development of a highly engaged finance function which is a true enabler of the organisational strategy.  In doing so you will act as the right hand and 2IC to the CFO and with genuine career progression opportunities. Responsibilities: Reporting into the CFO - your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: ASX statutory reporting and frameworks Manage key external relationships including banks, auditors and ATO Management of a small finance team Integral driving of systems integration and process improvements Preparation of an appropriate risk management framework Ad-hoc duties as requested    Skills and Experience: You will be CA / CPA qualified with a background in a large Chartered and / corporate environment. You will be an ambitious Financial Controller with ASX listed experience and / or within a product based environment. You will have a desire to grow with an entrepreneurial and exciting business going through positive growth and change.
