Position Overview: As a Management Accountant specialising in Assets Management, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, analysing, and optimising the performance of their assets. You'll collaborate with various departments to ensure effective utilisation, maintenance, and strategic planning for their agricultural assets. Responsibilities: Management of the Month end process including balance sheet reconciliation  Conduct regular assessments of asset performance, depreciation, and valuation. Manage the asset lifecycle, including acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and disposal. Determine trends & provide recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and budget for asset-related expenses. Prepare accurate financial reports, including asset registers, depreciation schedules, and variance analysis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA certification preferred. Proven experience in management accounting with a focus in agriculture or a related industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles, asset valuation methods, and financial analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
