The site offers a supportive environment where safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement are top priorities.About the Role A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an experienced Manufacturing Coordinator to take ownership of daily operations at the Regional Victoria site. Reporting to the Site Manager and leading a team of 10+, you’ll be responsible for driving safety, quality, and production outcomes while building a positive, high-performing team culture.Key Responsibilities Champion safety, environmental, and quality compliance across the site Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet site performance targets Lead, coach, and support your team to achieve consistent results Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives through the site's Manufacturing Excellence program Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, logistics, and technical Monitor and report on key metrics such as OEE, budget adherence, and DIFOT Contribute to employee alignment and engagement initiatives What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or production (food industry highly regarded) Strong understanding of production processes, planning, and maintenance coordination Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills to lead a diverse team Sound computer literacy and familiarity with manufacturing systems How to Apply To apply online, click the “apply” button.
