Haylea commenced her recruitment career in 2016, where she began working for a global recruitment firm and found her niche in the HR market. Haylea’s interest in
recruitment started through her Bachelor of Business Degree (Human Resources) and she has since continued learning through post-graduate qualifications in
Employment Relations.
Haylea’s hobbies include going on nursery crawls to pick up the best plants in Brisbane. She enjoys watching bulk Netflix documentaries (the weirder the topic, the better), cooking, gardening and studying.
