While completing a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce, Hayley joined the Sharp & Carter team as a Graduate Consultant in the Finance & Accounting Division. With a passion for People & Culture and creating positive work environments, she brings strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills from her experience as an Assistant Customer Service Manager in retail.
On the weekend, Hayley enjoys exploring new bars in Sydney with her friends. She loves everything sport and, though it may be a bit of a challenge, she proudly supports the West Tigers. Hayley also has a passion for travelling and spending time at the beach.
