Your insights will support strategic decision-making and contribute to the efficiency and growth of the organisation, ensuring continued excellence in the fresh produce sector.Key Responsibilities Complete month-end accounting processes, including journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare and distribute profitability and performance analysis reports. Support business units with financial analysis and reporting. Oversee inter-company transactions and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and financial controls. Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal control enhancements. Assist with external audits and financial statement preparation. About You Minimum of 3 years' experience in management accounting, preferably with exposure to full P&L reporting. Strong understanding of financial systems and accounting modules. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other MS Office applications. Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
