This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of hiring, while also assisting in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and exhibit a strong attention to detail.   Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Assist in Preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts and policies. Support the team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives, as required.   About you Proven experience in an administrative or support role Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
