With prior careers in both Law and Human Resources Kristy spends her time with us supporting and guiding candidates in their recruitment journey, wherever they may be in the actual process.
Known for her candour and care, Kristy enjoys forming long-lasting relationships with candidates and helping them to craft satisfying professional careers.
On weekends, when she is not acting as “Mum’s taxi” for her boys, Kristy enjoys escaping to Gippsland to try her hand at veggie growing and gluten-free baking (both admittedly with varying degrees of success!)
