About the Role We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to support a large construction and scaffolding workforce across VIC, NSW and QLD. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders, manage the full employee lifecycle, and help lift the maturity of HR across the business. You’ll be supported by an HR Assistant and work closely with the leadership team. This is a role where your voice will be heard and your ideas will be actioned.
