Leigh started his career within Accounting before a career change, he joined an international recruitment firm specialising in Finance & Accounting in London. Leigh re-located to Sydney, and after a spell in Perth before returning to Sydney, he possesses approximately 18 years recruitment experience with over 10 years recruiting and leading teams in Australia. After an 18 month sabbatical in the UK, Leigh joined Sharp & Carter with a pure focus on the Senior Finance sector in Sydney.
On the weekends you will find Leigh spending time with his family, in particular keeping up with his two sons. Leigh is also keen follower of sport, in particular Soccer, Cricket and AFL.
