About the role We’re partnering on a confidential search within the technology / SaaS sector for a high-calibre Financial Controller to lead the APAC finance function. This is a key leadership role in a global, matrixed environment — offering a blend of financial control, commercial partnering, and transformation. You’ll take ownership of regional reporting and governance while playing a critical role in aligning local operations to a more mature, group-led finance model. The key Lead all financial control, reporting, and compliance across APAC, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with global standards Partner closely with regional leadership to provide insight, challenge, and support strategic decision-making Drive finance transformation initiatives, embedding improved processes, controls, and ways of working within a matrix structure Beyond this, you’ll oversee month-end, budgeting and forecasting cycles, manage tax and statutory obligations, and lead and develop a capable local team. About you CA / CPA qualified with strong financial control and reporting experience Proven experience operating in a global or matrixed environment Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Experience within SaaS / technology or complex, multi-entity environments is highly regarded Track record of leading teams through change and transformation This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad, high-impact regional role with genuine visibility and influence.
