The Role This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term potential for the right candidate. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing customer orders and ensuring seamless logistics coordination. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced position with plenty of variety and ownership. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and complaints Process customer orders accurately through internal systems Coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries Monitor and report on inventory levels and shipment statuses Ensure all shipping documentation and compliance paperwork is complete and accurate Liaise with operations and finance teams to support smooth order fulfilment and invoicing Identify process improvements and support continuous enhancement of customer service and logistics workflows Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and logistics roles, ideally within FMCG or a related industry Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Confident with inventory systems and order processing tools What’s on Offer Temp-to-perm role offering long-term career prospects Supportive, close-knit team and collaborative culture Convenient Dandenong location with onsite parking
