Lewis is a keen triathlete and a qualified teacher from the UK. He began his career teaching GCSE qualifications to young offenders across the South West England prison network, an experience that shaped his passion for supporting and developing people.
After relocating to Australia in 2016, Lewis identified an opportunity to continue this people-focused work in a new capacity, joining an international firm in Melbourne and developing his expertise within supply chain recruitment. With over nine years’ experience, he has supported organisations with mid- to senior-level appointments across both operational and technical supply chain functions.
Lewis believes in operating with transparency and integrity, providing a service built on a relentless approach to bringing the absolute best market talent to the businesses he works with. An advocate of Stoic philosophy, he enjoys networking, building meaningful relationships, and understanding individual career journeys to help people unlock and fulfil their potential.
Outside of work, Lewis is a proud dad to twin girls, Izzy and Maddie. When not being kept on his toes at home, he can be found cycling along Melbourne’s coastlines, supporting his beloved Nottingham Forest, or cooking roast dinners for friends and family.
