The Role: As the Finance Manager, you will be a key player in the financial operations. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Operations Director. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape and lead the financial function, ensuring that the financial strategies align with the organisations growth plans. You'll need to balance high-level financial strategies with a hands-on approach, making this role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multifaceted role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies that support company's growth objectives. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and optimise resource allocation Play a critical role in financial planning and decision-making processes. Analyse new business opportunities via comprehensive commercial business case analysis for presentation to senior leaders, board and investment partners Identify opportunities to drive process improvements, maximize profit margins, and optimize costs Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred). Experience working in a product based environment Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting principles. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
