Matilda started recruitment in Wellington, New Zealand in 2021 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce. She worked in the technology space where she quickly worked her way up to Senior Recruitment Consultant. She moved to Sydney in 2025 and is now a specialist in the permanent Security and Infrastructure space from support to senior level management. She has recruited for diverse organisations consistently delivering exceptional results.
Matilda loves to socialise and usually fills her weekends catching up with friends and family at the newest brunch spot, a cool wine bar or on a walk. She loves to travel and is excited to explore more of what Sydney and Australia has to offer.
