You will become a vital member of the leadership team, and you will need to have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to turn your ideas into reality and deliver strong ROI.Key areas of responsibility are: Deliver successful B2B & B2C digital strategies across the APAC business Drive the delivery of the digital marketing plan in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders; Establish best in class digital tools based on an understanding of customer needs, insights and feedback. Ensure the effectiveness of all digital marketing tools is optimised; Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Paid Search as well as keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with company goals. Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly business reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives Managing website updates to ensure continual CRO, improving organic results and meeting business needs. Who we're seeking:This opportunity would suit an experienced and ambitious B2C OR B2B Digital Marketing Manager. You will have strategic and technical Digital Marketing skills to take ownership and lead our client’s online capability using industry best practices and latest trends. In addition, you must also showcase: 4+ years’ experience in a similar type digital marketing role. Previous experience using Google Ads and analytics Hands on experience and campaign management Extensive experience within a brand-driven, corporate entity. Demonstrated experience managing Paid Campaigns, database marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns. Knows how to build & leverage influential relationships across functions/business to deliver. Good time-management skills and ability to work towards deadlines; Self-motivated to succeed and work well under pressure; Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities; Great interpersonal and communication skills; CRM and/or ERP program experience a bonus.
