This role is located at their operations based in regional northern Victoria.     Further details about the role Critically assess the performance and efficiency of services and utilities, develop plans to improve year on year including assessing new technologies and asset replacements. Work with the maintenance, electrical and automation teams, to manage the maintenance of assets that sit outside of the service contracts and react to breakdown events. Management of annual maintenance works of relevant assets. Management of the site facilities. Services and utilities included within the scope of the position: Steam Potable water Storm water Trade waste Chlorine dioxide Cooling water Compressed Air Refrigeration Fire and evacuation systems The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following: Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or relevant. Proven track record in operating and maintaining services for industrial installations. Previous experience with contractor management. Experienced in analysing equipment condition & identifying compliance and maintenance requirements.
