Bec began her professional career in Education as a Primary School Teacher, and after 6 years decided to make a significant career change in 2022 by joining Sharp and Carter.

Bec provides an empathetic approach in the recruitment of permanent roles within the Qualified Accounting space, at the junior to intermediate level across Melbourne.

On the weekend, Bec enjoys exploring new restaurants and wine bars with her friends, going on family adventures outdoors and is a regular at the local market on a Sunday morning.
