Completing a double Bachelor in Tourism Management and Marketing more than 20 years ago, Rebecca has extensive experience gained across the globe in all avenues of strategic brand and marketing. She has demonstrated success in challenging the status quo (ever heard of the 'smashed avo’ phenomenon?) delivering game changing customer experience and marketing strategies for businesses across verticals like finance, retail, media, travel, tech, and energy. Previously, she has held senior marketing and brand positions at AirWallex, Me Bank, ANZ and other leading organisations in the UK such as PayPal and Virgin Media. She is thrilled to have joined the Sharp & Carter team, excited to be a part of a team culture that’s centered around people & well-being. She is energised by the opportunity to play a role in furthering the marketing sparkle, helping Sharp & Carter shine as they move into their next chapter of growth.
On the weekends Beck love to spend time with her Golden Retriever, Sully Bear, taking him for hikes and lots of trips to their local Port Melbourne beach. She is an avid attendee of reformer Pilates attending her local studio multiple times a week, which helps offset one of her other passions – baking. She likes to joke that she may have been a gypsy in her past as she loves to travel; having visited 47 countries so far. More recently she has discovered domestic travel engaging in #vanlife across NT, Victoria and South Australia.
