With a strong commitment to sustainability, safety, and efficiency, they are at the forefront of developing applications that are the most technologically advanced in the world.Location: Eastern Suburbs of MelbourneKey responsibilities Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Maintenance, and Operational Digitalisation functions Translate strategy into actionable plans that drive performance, safety, and reliability Oversee capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and investment planning Drive process improvement, standardisation, and digital automation Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting across engineering and facilities functions Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance Partner with HR on team capability, coaching, and development initiatives Liaise with global stakeholders to align on technical standards and best practices The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following: University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process or similar) Significant professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering within a high-complexity production environment Exposure to Maintenance (CMMS, TPM), Facility Management (utility and energy efficiencies), and Automation (digitalisation, Industry 4.0) Proven track record in monitoring and improving performance through robust KPI management Planning, executing, and controlling investment projects and capital budgets Leading cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement Building a strong technical culture with an emphasis on coaching, empowerment, and development To apply online, please click on the apply function.
