The Operations and Finance Teams at Sharp & Carter aim to provide a high level of service to enable our consultants and partners to concentrate their efforts on building relationships with our clients and candidates. Through this support, we enable the consulting side of our business the opportunity to maximise their productivity.
The Operations team comprises of the following areas: Human Resources, Organisational Development, Information Technology, Marketing, Property, Executive and Administrative support, coupled with the Finance Team who provide financial support, compliance, administration, reporting and advice to all business units.
