Prior to joining Sharp & Carter he was working for a large international recruitment firm across the Melbourne market
Working with ASX, multinational, private equity backed and privately owned organisations, Rohan has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market intelligence, salary insights and long-term career advice.
Outside of work, Rohan enjoys travelling, spending time with his family and their dog, following Arsenal and Essendon, and remaining hopeful that every year might finally be Essendon's year.
