About the role As a key member of the Catering and Client Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-end hospitality services across the firm. It's worth noting that out-of-hours work may be required at short notice so flexibility is important. Assist in the setup and pack-down of the daily Café, providing boardroom services for late client meetings, after-hours meals, and team drinks/gatherings. Clean, restock, and service the Café, staff kitchens, and meeting areas. Set up, pack down, and service client meeting rooms, including audio-visual equipment. Provide professional waiting service for various events, including boardroom meetings, formal and informal lunches, cocktail events, and firm-wide morning teas. Deliver daily staff lunch orders and assist with food re-heating and preparation. Skills and Experience Recent graduate from a recognized hospitality training college or experience in a hospitality/corporate boardroom environment (desirable). Excellent grooming and presentation. Commitment to delivering excellent and quality customer services. Strong sense of urgency and effective time management skills. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels. High attention to detail, including when cleaning and servicing staff kitchens. Friendly and energetic attitude. Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Barista training.
