Shannin is originally from South Africa and completed her tertiary education (Bachelor of Honors in Acting and Global Theatre) in London. Upon completing her degree, she worked for a specialist Technology Recruitment agency in London. Shannin has spent time in recruitment both internally for technology start-ups and larger corporations such as AWS, where she led recruitment drives across Europe and Africa.
Shannin is an advisor and partner to technical hiring managers, aligning technical talent to an organizations’ long-term needs. She loves all things tech and understanding how technology drives the future of business.
Shannin is an advocate for mental health and well-being, as a yoga teacher in her spare time and a lover of all things in nature. She’s lived and worked across the globe, with a keen interest in exploring new cultures and environments.
