As Business, you will be entrusted with managing accurate translations of CRM functional and nonfunctional solutions, plays a pivotal role in contributing to the successful design, development, testing, and delivery of a new Fundraising CRM aligned with the Foundation 2025 strategy. Proficient in business process mapping and platform configurations, this role involves developing and maintaining a suite of artifacts, encompassing AS-IS TO-BE process maps, gap analysis, process automation, data architecture, workflow, and sharing rules. The incumbent brings expertise in Agile project management, business analysis, and possesses a technical, methodical approach to complex problem-solving. Working in support of the CRM Project Manager, the role ensures the project scope, timeline, and quality of delivered solutions meet user requirementsKey Experience Required: 4+ years implementing and optimizing enterprise CRMs, especially in fundraising Deep expertise in business analysis, database design, process automation, and data modeling Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient in system and user testing, managing change, and driving outcomes Experience in the not-for-profit sector and demonstrate fundraising knowledge and understanding of best practice principles and procedures in the not-for-profit sector.
