About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to join a well established Property firm based in Melbourne's CBD on a permanent part-time basis (Monday - Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm) The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks. Your responsibilities Working closely with two Executives, your role includes, however is not limited to the below key duties; Diary and travel management Scheduling meetings and appointments Email management Expense reconciliations Creates and proof reads documents and presentations Answers telephone calls and takes detailed messages. Personal Assistant – manage and coordinate property maintenance, travel and event management. Office administrative tasks Skills and experience: Can-do and positive attitude Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills Excellent time management skills Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible Excellent written skills and strong communication skills About our Client Our client is one of the largest privately owned organisations in the country.
