We’re seeking for a Contracts Coordinator on a temporary basis to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supplier onboarding, compliance, and payment processes.

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will provide critical administrative support across the full lifecycle of supplier engagement—from contract award to payment. Working closely with Procurement, Finance, Contract Managers, and Suppliers, you’ll ensure that all contractual, compliance, and system requirements are met. You’ll also support in helping refine processes and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding, including verification of legal and financial details.
  • Manage contract documentation and maintain accurate records in TechnologyOne and TRIM.
  • Raise and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Support invoice processing, liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance by tracking insurance, licenses, and certifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and provide guidance on best practices.

The ideal candidate:
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in contract management or procurement support.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with financial systems (TechnologyOne experience desirable).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
