Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced word processing support including formatting of legal documents, reports, briefs, and correspondence (experience with Dictaphone transcription is preferred but not essential).
- Manage calendars, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and related logistics for team members.
- Maintain various administrative and case management systems, including Excel spreadsheets, VisualFiles, and document filing systems.
- Provide financial administrative support such as billing, time recording, and ensuring compliance with procedures related to legal expenses and counsel fees.
- Work efficiently under pressure, managing shifting priorities and frequent interruptions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Liaise effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders on sensitive and confidential matters.
- Assist the Executive Legal Secretary in process improvement initiatives aimed at maintaining high standards in secretarial and administrative services.
- Respond to client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements.
