We aren't looking for just another salesperson. We are looking for a Founding Account Executive, the first US-based employee, to lead the charge in North America.
This is a rare "1st boots on the ground" role. You will work directly alongside the CEO to refine the US Go-to-Market strategy. You’ll be building the playbook, not just following one.
The Role
- The Product: A high-impact, all-in-one job management platform transforming how SMBs in the manufacturing and engineering sectors operate.
- The Momentum: You’ll be stepping into a warm market with 40% inbound lead flow across North America.
- The Velocity: Fast-paced, transactional sales cycles (2-4 weeks) with a focus on the Texas market initially.
- The Growth: Uncapped career potential as we scale the US organization around you.
- You have 2+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, ideally in an early-stage or "builder" environment.
- You have a "First-Hire" mentality, you see gaps and fill them without being asked.
- You are based in Austin, TX, and are ready to own a greenfield territory.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on the "grind" of both cold outreach and closing.
