The Opportunity

Following significant investment, they are looking for a commercially sharp Enterprise Account Executive to drive their expansion across the Australian market. You will report to a proactive Head of Sales and take full ownership of a critical territory.

The Role
This is a high-autonomy, individual contributor role designed for a "hunter" who excels in complex environments.
  • Strategic Growth: You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from cold prospecting and hunting new business to farming existing enterprise accounts.
  • Territory Strategy: Depending on your location, you will manage either the VIC/TAS/SA or NSW/ACT patch. In Victoria specifically, you will have a "greenfield" opportunity to establish the first public and private hospital contracts.
  • The "Promise Pathway": You will act as a consultant, guiding clinical and economic buyers (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs) through a digital transformation journey that shifts how healthcare is delivered.
  • Multi-Threaded Sales: You will navigate 6–18 month sales cycles in the public sector and high-value contracts within the private sector.
Who You Are
The successful candidate will likely come from a background in Radiology, Public Health, or Allied Health, with a deep understanding of the clinical landscape.
  • Experience: You have a proven track record in complex B2B SaaS or professional services sales. Exposure to methodologies like MEDDPICC or BANT is highly regarded.
  • The "HealthTech" Mindset: We are looking for someone moving away from traditional "Capital Equipment" (hardware/device) sales and into the world of digital-first, subscription-based solutions.
  • Commitment: You are the type of person who stays ahead of the curve by reading industry research and articles after hours—not because you have to, but because you are genuinely passionate about the mission.
  • Self-Sufficient: You are comfortable working without SDR support, managing your own pipeline, and traveling frequently to build face-to-face relationships.
