This role requires you to build upon and foster successful client relationships for one of the most well-networked membership organisations in Australia. Working across a variety of industry sectors, you will be responsible for driving excellent service through your portfolio of accounts in Victoria.
Duties
- Manage existing portfolio of accounts
- Explore new business opportunities, either through existing accounts or acquisition of new clients
- Multi stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally
- Sit across commercial contract negotiation processes with your clients
- Ultimately deliver exceptional service delivery to your customers
- Sales experience with a passion for excellence in service delivery
- Industry experience in professional services or membership-based organisations will be highly regarded
- Ability to work with multitude of stakeholders at a range of levels
- Service driven professional who loves to find solutions for clients
