Our client is a leading manufacturer in the homeware and furniture space with amazing brands you will recognise in your preferred retailers. They are looking to hire a Dropship Specialist to be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the synchronization of inventory data between systems including eCommify, Magento, Mirakl etc.
- Setting up new Retailers to be partners.
- Ensuring all products are listed correctly and any OOS are managed correctly.
- Working collaboratively with the sales teams.
- Previous experience in a dropshipping or marketplace, preferably within the retail or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of retailer portals, digital marketing tools, and homewares products is a plus.
- Experience supporting sales teams, with an understanding of the sales process and account management.
- Proficiency in stock feed management platforms, especially Salsify, eCommify, Mirakl, CEVA and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of technical integrations related to inventory, pricing, and order management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to interact with customers, sales teams, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
