The Account Manager is responsible for the identification, development and management of new and existing customers to achieve the business revenue and profitability objectives.

This role is perfect for a Project Manager or Customer Service Manager from a strong Contract Manufacturing background wanting to launch their career in sales and Account Management.
Role responsibilities
- Management of existing customers. Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship resulting in mutual beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure the accurate processing of customer quotations within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timelines.
- Monitoring performance against service level agreements and flagging potential challenges.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled in an appropriate manner.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goal, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritisation.
- Taking the lead in understanding trends and needs within the Australian Wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of Contract Manufacturing.
- Complimentary Medicine or Wellness Industry experience desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP Software desirable.
