Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key customers.
- Proposals & Presentations: Respond to tenders and create and deliver proposals and presentations to customers.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Product Development Support: Work with technical teams and customers on key product development initiatives.
- Commercial Compliance: Ensure adherence to commercial obligations and assist with documentation and compliance.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, especially those related to quality.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and other systems and contribute to the department’s risk register.
- Prior account management and sales experience preferably with government departments or product.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of compliance and governance.
- Experience in long-term project implementation.
