An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading provider within the Healthcare and Facilities Management sectors. Covering metro hospitals and government facilities, you’ll take ownership of your territory, delivering profitable growth through both new and existing relationships.
With the support of a local sales team and management, you’ll drive savings and efficiencies for customers by consolidating their product ranges, offering tailored solutions, and delivering market-leading service. This is a role where you’ll be trusted to run your territory like it’s your own business, with the scale, backing, and innovation of a global organisation behind you.
Duties
- Manage a portfolio of hospital and government facility accounts across your territory
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through solution selling
- Identify opportunities to expand product usage and consolidate ranges for cost savings
- Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and product presentations with key stakeholders
- Reactivate dormant accounts and convert opportunities into consistent revenue streams
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and excellent customer service
- Analyse customer data to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
- Provide accurate pipeline updates, reporting, and sales forecasts
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Background in healthcare or facilities management is highly desirable
- Knowledge of consumables, cleaning, or hygiene products will be highly regarded
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with a solutions-focused approach
- Ability to analyse data and translate it into customer insights
- Current valid Australian driver’s licence
