What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth delivery of financial processes across multiple entities.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to provide actionable insights and accurate reporting.
- Own the month-end close process, including reconciliations and group reporting.
- Establish and maintain cost data integrity, analyze variances, and support new product development.
- Create meaningful, insightful reports using tools like Power BI and Excel to drive decision-making.
- Prepare performance reports, conduct variance analysis, and deliver clear commentary.
- Drive process improvements through system enhancements, reporting automation, and dashboard development.
- Provide transactional support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other finance functions
- Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
- Strong experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MYOB Acumatica (desirable).
- Experience with Power BI and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to help establish foundational processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
