The role
As the Senior Accounting Manager you will be responsible for managing the accounting team and ensuring smooth operation of the accounting functions and review financial reports.
This will include, but not be limited to:
- Review and approve of all outgoing payments prepared by finance team
- Review and approve all month end closing entries
- Manage addition and disposal of fixed assets
- Organise fixed assets inventory count
- Handle statutory close
- Ensure corporate governance and legal compliance
- Ensure prompt payments to internal and external parties
- Provide adhoc analysis to business as per request
- Review and approve the inputs to rebate management process
- Review and sign off monthly balance sheet reconciliations prepared by finance team
- Experience as accounting manager is preferred
- Familiar with ERP applications, preferably SAP
- CPA/CA qualification
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to complete task while functioning in a stressful environment
