The Organisation
Our client is an Australian business that is highly successful and continues to grow. The organisation is seeking the services of an experienced Administration Officer / Accounts All-rounder to join the finance team on an immediate basis. 

Position Description
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Data entry tasks
  • Collect and process daily production
  • Processing production bonuses
  • Handling mail
  • Answering phone calls and reception duties
  • Additional ad hoc finance requirements/general accounting support
Candidate Profile
The successful applicant will have prior experience in a similar role along with the following attributes:
  • Experience within an accounts/administration role
  • Strong excel skills
  • A great ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A can-do attitude
  • Team player
