Our client is an Australian business that is highly successful and continues to grow. The organisation is seeking the services of an experienced Administration Officer / Accounts All-rounder to join the finance team on an immediate basis.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Data entry tasks
- Collect and process daily production
- Processing production bonuses
- Handling mail
- Answering phone calls and reception duties
- Additional ad hoc finance requirements/general accounting support
The successful applicant will have prior experience in a similar role along with the following attributes:
- Experience within an accounts/administration role
- Strong excel skills
