Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring they are accurately coded
- Preparing and scheduling payments
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Handling customer queries
- Support administrative duties
- Assist in month-end processes
Ideal candidate
- Available to commence immediately
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
