They are currently seeking a proactive Accounts & Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. About the Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager and working closely within a small, close-knit team, your responsibilities will include:
- Weekly payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Accurate data entry of timesheets and payroll information
- Weekly invoice processing and account reconciliations
- Supporting both accounts payable and receivable functions
- Handling internal and external stakeholder queries
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Assisting with general administration and office support
- Contributing to ongoing improvements in payroll and admin processes
About You:
Our client is seeking an Accounts & Administration Officer with a desire to grow their career in accounts and payroll. Ideally, you will have a demonstrated history of supporting payroll and transactional finance functions, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
