About the Role:
Working to support the finance team, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited too:
- Developing relationships with customers and handling queries / relevant requests
- Processing invoices
- Set up new customers and accounts
- Updating account information
- Various billing duties
- Follow up overdue accounts
- Administrative and customer service duties
- Providing support to the finance team where required
Our client believes positive attitude is key to success! They are ideally looking for someone with at least 1-2 years accounts or administration experience, and uphold a confident personality that enjoys speaking with key customers & stakeholders. You will be a passionate worker who enjoys learning new skills and problem solving, with strong communication skills.
