Position Description
Reporting to the Credit Manager and working in a close-knit finance team, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Overseeing a debtor’s ledger of national accounts
• Daily reconciliation of the accounts
• Daily banking
• Timely allocations and receipting of payments
• Process invoices
• Reminder and follow up of overdue accounts as required
• Setting up new customers and accounts

  
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer role, as well as the following attributes:

• 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role
• High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High level numeracy and reconciliation skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment
