Our client is a leader within the manufacturing industry and has an incredible mindset of providing high end, quality products in the market. Due to a recent growth phase, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Manager to join their team. 

Job Description
Partnering with the General Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;
  • Overseeing 1 Accounts Officer and providing support and training when required.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable function; including credit applications, managing credit limits, arrange bank guarantees, perform collection calls, and issuing invoices.
  • Provide cashflow summaries
  • Generate, Allocate & Process Bank Journals on receipt of Daily Bank Statement in a timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly payroll time sheets to send to head office
  • Assist with the reporting of workplace injuries and the administration of workers’ compensation claims, rehabilitation and return to work plans.
  • Provide HR administration; new starter contracts and onboarding
  • Work effectively with the Directors, General Manager and the Senior Managers of affiliated companies to meet the common objectives of the respective business units and to explore opportunities that may strengthen the growth of the Company.
