About the role: 
Are you a hands-on Group Management Accountant? Our client are looking for with a key focus on consolidations, legal entity reporting, and cost allocations. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial information across multiple legal entities, supporting internal reporting, and driving financial insights that support business decision-making.

The responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to); Prepare and deliver accurate year-end financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.  
  • Group Consolidations: Prepare and manage monthly group-level financial consolidations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Month-End Close: Lead month-end processes including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
  • Cost Allocations & Recoveries: Drive effective cost allocations and recovery models across business units.
  • Board Reporting: Compile and present clear, concise financial reports and insights to senior leadership and the board.
  • Reconciliations: Conduct regular balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • System Utilization: Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage reporting, transactions, and financial operations efficiently.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:    
Ideally, you will be a fully CA/CPA Qualified accounting professional or studying towards, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have strong Microsoft Excel skills,  had experience working in a complex & high-volume environment and possess a positive "can-do" work ethic.
