Our client is a growing Australian business who is searching for a driven Accounts Officer to join their team on a temporary to permanent contract. Working within this vibrant and positive workplace, this role is integral to the continued development and success of the organisation.
Position Description
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager. Your role will include the following duties, with the primary focus initially being on credit control
- Managing an accounts receivable ledger including collection calling
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Issuing invoices
- Account reconciliations
- Accounts payable
- Answering customer quires
- Administration duties
The successful applicant will have solid experience in a similar role, ideally having used Xero. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and the drive to meet deadlines will see you succeed in this role.
