Our client is seeking an immediately available candidate to join the Team temporarily to assist with Accounts Payable and some Receivables.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Senior Financial Manager, you will be responsible for, the following but not limited to;
Accounts Payable
- Day to day processing of the accounts payable function including invoicing, payments, approvals, reconciliations, etc.
- Processing of invoices and credit card reconciliations
- Processing payment of invoices
- Manage internal and external queries
- Review of credit application request
- Completing month end within the required deadlines
The successful applicant will have
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Previous experience within another Accounts Officer role
- Ability to work proficiently in a medium volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
