Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for:

• Timely and accurate processing of invoices
• Completing weekly and monthly payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Receipting and allocation of payments
• Handle general account queries 
• Follow up overdue payments
• Reconciliation duties
• Assist with end of month reporting
• Complete various reporting duties
• Provide support to the finance team where required

  
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Officer position as well as the following attributes:

• Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Receivable
• A passionate and positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to hit the ground running
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
